My name is Barry Kleiman and I have spent my entire career observing, learning, listening and ultimately assisting in some fashion thousands of people through some part of their career transitions.

As a teacher of mine once stated, I’m not a guru, I’m not a coach but I am like all of us a student, hoping to learn something today that I didn’t know yesterday and apply that in some effective fashion moving forward for a greater good.

My approach is Socratic………..though I may have some answers, I also have questions that will help you find the answers to what matters most in your life.

I’m fortunate, I’ve been invited to observe and sometimes comment on more case studies of careers (both successful and unsuccessful) in the past 35 years then 99.9999% of the world will ever see.

I’m also fortunate in that I’ve had some phenomenal mentors and I’ve been able to take the experiences I’ve seen, combine them with what I’ve learned from these mentors, toss in some instinct and come to one single conclusion…………….The Truth Will Set You and Your Career Free.

We will cover the gamut during the next few months. I promise you that if you take the time to step outside of how you’ve viewed the process in the past and are willing to spend the time working on you that you’ll be rewarded with the peace of mine that comes from knowing you have given this your best.
