My name is Barry Kleiman and I have spent the past 30++ years observing, learning, listening and ultimately assisting in some fashion thousands of people through various stages of their career transitions.
As a teacher of mine once stated, I’m not a guru, rather like all of us a student, hoping to learn something today that I didn’t know yesterday and apply that in some effective fashion moving forward for a greater good.
My approach is Socratic………..though I may have some answers, I have many questions geared toward helping you find the answers to what matters most in your life.
I’m fortunate to have been invited to observe and often comment on more case studies of careers (both successful and unsuccessful) then 99.9999% of the world will ever see.
I’m also fortunate in that I’ve had some phenomenal mentors.
What I’ve done is able to take the experiences I’ve had, combine them with what I’ve learned from these mentors, toss in some instinct and come to one single conclusion…………….The Truth Will Set You and Your Career Free.
